Our Underwriting & Due Diligence division is comprised of industry veterans possessing both real estate expertise and financial market knowledge. The division offers underwriting services for all types of commercial loans including fixed-rate conduit, large-loan permanent financing, floating-rate interim and mezzanine loans.
